Here it is, the final round announcement! Last month has been bananas in the best way possible and we couldn’t be more proud and excited about the selection for our ninth edition. We’d like to thank everyone who sent their music videos – because of you, BMVA 2021 is going to be spectacular. So, let’s give a warm welcome to our 2021 nominees set 13, the missing piece in our official selection!
BMVA 2021 Nominees – Set 13/13
Rosalía and Travis Scott kick off the very final set of nominees with something that will certainly make you move, followed by our lovely 45 Fahrenheit girl, Drew Sycamore. Then, we find ourselves at the coolest brunch ever with Sofia Reyes and Jhay Cortez. Ha the Unclear tells us about an elevator adventure and we get to daydream a bit with Bicep’s fine tune and captivating visuals.
Next up, Selena Gomez leads us through a heartbreak healing process and thanks to Doja Cat, we realise we belong to the streets… for a moment. We have Miyagi and Andy Panda joining this round with their humble concert on a roof and Yaeji will brighten everyone’s day with a sweet and funny animation. Caneti’s visuals make us feel as if we are in an old movie, while Butch Warns makes our hearts beating fast with a thrilling beat and red lights.

Now you might be wondering, what’s next?
Even if your music video didn’t make it into the official selection this year, we still want to highlight the great pieces of art we received. So, Music Video of the Week will definitely be something to look out for, coming back soon! Therefore, keep in mind that Thursdays equal voting time, and we will announce the winner of this segment on Fridays, as usual here, on our website, and on all of our social media platforms.
Well, it’s also time to mark April 5 in your calendars because that’s when we will reveal all of the categories! We are gradually presenting ALL of our nominees for the ninth edition, so keep your eyes on our Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Much more stuff to come before the final ceremony in June, stay tuned!
