Music Video of the Week is no other than “Blender” by Hak Baker ft. Joe James. Directed by Rob Akin & produced by Finlay Roberts.
The UK based team created a beautifully raw piece. Depicting the harsh realities of youth and drug dealing for survival, it touches the soul of anyone willing to surrender.

Hak Baker
Director Rob Akins delicate touch shines in the depictions and DOP work. It is intimate, placing the human in the center of the high contrasts.
Hak Baker is no stranger to us. In the past, the video “Telephones for eyes” got nominated for Best Experimental. Will “Blender” follow in the footsteps? Time will tell.
