The spotlight of Music Video of the Week pointing clear and bright towards “The Knife in Me” by Yves Jarvis. Directed by the creative mind of Derek Branscombe, produced by progressive production company L’ÉLOI.
“The Knife in Me” pulses with creativity and energy from every angle, a clear reflection of the team’s commitment to their craft. The film’s visuals stand out for their bold use of color, sharp VFX, and thoughtful cinematography, each element adding to its unmistakable style.
The dynamic camera movements were enabled by shooting with the robotic arm in the L’Éloi’s Montreal studios. Represented by L’Éloi’s, director Branscombe carries knowledge of animation, VFX and continuous learning of new technologies and techniques, crafting the world he envisions.
